On your arrival day, the apartment will be available from 4:00 PM.
On your departure day, the apartment must be vacated by 10:00 AM.

The Municipality of Tenno applies a tourist tax of € 1.00 per person per night, valid for stays of less than 14 nights. Children under 14 years of age are exempt. The tax must be paid upon arrival.
To enter the house and the apartment, you won't need keys, but a simple numerical code that will be provided to you at check-in and that you must keep for the duration of your stay.
In the house, we provide our guests with:
Hand soap
Some basic ingredients for cooking, such as oil, salt, sugar, etc.
There is a smart TV in the apartment: feel free to use your personal accounts to access your content.
In the kitchen, you will find four bins for separate waste collection (glass, paper, plastic, and unsorted waste), as well as a small bin for organic waste.
We invite you to separate the waste correctly out of respect for the environment.
We love all animals, but unfortunately, we cannot accommodate them in our home.
Smoking is prohibited throughout the house.
In the village (about 350 meters from the house), a small supermarket is open every morning from Monday to Saturday (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
From the A22 motorway, take the Rovereto Sud - Lago di Garda Nord exit and continue towards Riva del Garda. Then take the SS 240 towards Lago di Ledro until the junction for Deva, Pranzo, and Lago di Tenno.
La Ca' Rota House is located in the historic center of Pranzo along the MTB route to Lago di Tenno. Direct access to the house is only possible with small cars. Alternatively, there are free parking spaces about 50 meters away. To make your arrival as easy and pleasant as possible, we offer a convenient luggage transport service from the parking lot to our house.
